Here are the latest real estate inventory statistics for LoCo…Looks like Sterling took a breather last week after that huge jump in contracts (and coinciding dip in inventory) the week before. Meanwhile, Ashburn saw a bit of action last week, both in the condo/townhome segment as well as the single family home market. Leesburg and Purcellville, with the slightly longer commuting times, seem to be holding steady, although the townhome market in Purcellville remains anemic with very little inventory.
